- A+ provide a solution for one of the highest and most preventable cost in industry.
The total annual U.S. cost for organic and metallic protective coatings is $108.6 billion. 50% of all corrosion costs are preventable, and approximately 85% of these are in the area of coatings.
A+ provides its technological expertise as well as a wide variety of applications, including industrial coatings services for corrosion resistance.
A+ industrial coating service is most protective than aesthetic, although A+ works to provide both properties, where is possible.
A+ corrosion inhibitor reduces the corrosion rate of a metal exposed to that environment.
The most common use for our industrial coatings services is for corrosion control of steel structures such as offshore platforms, bridges, and underground pipelines.
A+ works with these stages:
- Abrasive Blasting: This roughens and cleans the surface and prepares the surfaces for Primer.
- Primer: This wets the substrate, creating a base for the Intermediate coat. These primers can consist of Inorganic Zinc Silicate, Epoxy Zinc, or even general Epoxy Polyamide.
- Intermediate: Provides system thickness build and prevents permeability. Intermediates can consist of general Epoxy Polyamide, amongst others.
- Topcoat: Provides Chemical Resistance and adds aesthetic value to the surface.
- Weather Retarders
- Vapor Retarders
- Mechanical Abuse Coverings
- Corrosion and Fire-Resistant Coverings
- Appearance Coverings and Finishes
- Hygienic Coverings
